I was worrying bout weight gain and didnt want the health visitor to moan and say she puttin on to much! But its just milk init, when she older she wont be havin sweets and fizzy drinks and all that and i think thats more important....dunno how long that rule will last for tho lol! xx

yes that is true. i didnt think of it that way......
As long as it is not to fat for her age lol.... maybe fat is not the correct word lol... i just didnt know if that was to much weight to gain... but i am happy that she is gaining weight and is obviously getting the milk and fat that she needs right??? lol

oh and Allan is STILL not home.
He has now been gone for almost 2 1/2 hours.. not impressed!!!! Hope he gets a fu*king hang over!!!!

amy is generally good at night...last night she had her last feed at 7pm...went to bed at 8pm and didnt wake for a feed till 4.30am

she used to go to bed at 9-1am 1-3am 3am-7am, i dont mind her being awake 7pm-12pm cos she sleeps till 5:30am but its just the crying and the constant using my nipple as a dummy, but wont actually take a dummy!!

yeh amy also tries to use the bottle as dummy but wont take a dummy either...she just sucks it then spits it back out sometimes amy crys alot when i put her to bed but i also find if i leave her for bout 15 mins or so she will drop off to sleep...maybe you could try that...babies get use to being held alot very quickly and can get really clingy babies.
like now amy is screaming because she wants attention (which she has actually had since she got up at 8am this morning

OMG Its took me bloody ages to find this thread !!! Ive only been without internet for 10 days and feel like ive missed loads !!!

RE soothers, I found Lucas was using me as a dummy so I tried him with two different types the cherry and the flat ones and he seems to like both although he spat them both out the first few times I tried but now hes bloody addicted to the damn thing !!
