Jen have you spoken to your HV about how you feel? You must use and abuse them,thats what we have them for. You are doing a fab job for Amy and I think that your love for her comes through very obviously when you talk about her. Shes absolutely gorgeous.

My best friend in Spains waters broke at 4.30 this morning!!! She's 8 days over due and had a sweep yesterday. I cant stop thinking about her!

Cooper only woke up once in the night i think the anti biotics are working! He slept from 10.30 - 3.30 4 - 7 8 - 12 I am one well rested mama!!

This weekend Coopers godfather is coming from london saturday for a visit and Sunday we are at my brother in laws for my nephews birthday party. As long as my boy is well enough. I feel like I want to isolate him now til he's vaccinated after this horrible week.

No he's not Christened and isn't going to be to be honest, but my best friend is honourary Godmummy and Rick's best friend is honourary Godfather.

Hope you feel better soon Jen, hang on in there. Being a mum is tough at the best of times, you're doing a cracking job with having PND on top. supermum!

Ash - I'm good thanks, finally had a good sleep after a week of sleepless nights. I went to Bluewater yesterday to meet my Auntie for lunch and coming home I was stuck not only in rush hour but there was a bad accident. I was driving 5mph for about 45 minutes on the dual carriage way with Cooper crying hysterically the whole time. It was so upsetting as there was nothing I could do, it was like torture.

I managed to have a good night too, but only because my mum was nice enough to have Amelia in her room for the night.
Times like this week make me pleased I still live at home because I've got help on hand when I'm feeling unwell etc

For some reason Amelia has decided at night to not settle for me.. on Wednesday night I got 2 hours sleep!! And I went to bed at 10.30!! Ridiculous!



I don't think we are doing anything this weekend, the weather is meant to be awful.. After spending all week in this house I think I may go fricking crazy!

Ashy - There are some perks! Alayna wakes every 2 hours and hasn't slept through once. It feels like everyone elses babies do, and mine just doesn't. I have accepted it. I have around 4 hours a night sleep, broken, but it's something!

Lyndsey - I know what you mean. Due to my stitch problems I have had to take Alayna out lots and I don't drive so it's meant a lot of being out and about in the fresh air which is fine when she's sleeping but she wakes up and when I am being examined I can't feed her or cuddle her! Poor thing, I can imagine he was probably hungry!

Jen - I didn't get to the post office on Thurs hun, the wolf lady was ill so the village post office wasn't open. I will be going Monday to post it and some Ebayish items. I know you love your little one loads honey in the way you speak of her. I hope that you realise what a great job you're doing.

Han - Wheres your pics hun? I wanna see!

Jacqui - Poor Leo and poor you. You havent had it easy either, you both deserve hugs hugs and happy healthy babies!

Sarah/Ashy - I know the feeling. We're struggling so bad right now. Peter leaves at 7am, gets in at 6 and works on his film scripts from 6:30 till around 8/9pm. By that time I am getting Alayna ready for bed and she's usually hard to settle so it takes ages. We watch a bit of tv but then he reads or plays computer games and I just never have the energy at that time to argue or for us to do anything else!

omg girls how are u all? thank you for the text dana.

First of all, just like to say thank you all for ur support and advise through many things ive moaned about on here lol.

Brooke is doing well, shes 8weeks on monday, ya sometimes wonder where the time goes. Shes certinally getting bigger. Get her weighed on the 16th so that will be good to see what weight she is.

The reason i havent been on lately, i have been going through a VERY rough time, mentally with my ex. About a week after brooke was born i found out he was sleeping with a 17yr old child, which destroyed me. I locked myself in my room and didnt want to come out. for the past 6weeks he has still been mentally destroying me, i had been drinking anytime i didnt have brooke and jsut getting hammered. I have now been staying at my mums for 2 weeks, which has set me straight and im feeling alot better. Its not over yet, but whatever he does next to me cant and wont hurt me as much as he already has.
