Hi girlies, hope your all ok. I get my hair done next week too It's hair month lol! Mellly - so glad someone has gone swimming and like it, loads of people said they won't like it till about 3 months at least, but I want to get in her and liking water! Will go soon I think as my local pool does free Mum & Baby sessions!

Jenny - were they off the lady on here lol? What's her username? I can;t decide to go back on the pill or not !

Im back!! Shes honestly did love it, she was kicking around and just generally content!! She screamed when we got back to the changing room as I think she was cold but as soon as I got her dressed she fell asleep and was completly zonked!

Han you must show us a pic, I had mine done a couple of weeks ago but forgot to take a pic but I just had my norm done, thinking of going brunette after my bect friends wedding - we will see though haha!!

Leos just napping so I thought I would grab 5 mins to check up on all you april mummies and babies.

Congrats hayley, you soooooooooooo deserve it!

Life is hectic at the mo as Leo is up and down and today hes been whinging all day and im ready to throttle him lol, poor mite ...hes been in hospital due to his reflux and may have to have an op... we have to try everything else first though.

hey ladies hope ur afternoons have been good
well .... i didnt think i would be saying this but i have finally stopped denying that something is wrong and am seeking help, i have the HV coming tomorrow and OH is taking next week off, (he didnt get any paternity as he started a new job) i know that it is PND as i am really quite down and various other things x Well lets see how things go tomorrow.

I fell over earlier before i went to get my hair done, on my ankle and its swollen up bigstyle ...so got peas on it x

Does anyone feel like they spend no time what so ever with their other halves?

Mine works 45hours a week + 10 hours a week commuting.
He gets in from work, gets himself food and then he always seems to have something to do on the internet/his computer/his phone.

We spend a minimal amount of time sat next to each other watching tv but it isn't even like we are cuddled up. And whenever I mention it, I'm 'over reacting'

I feel that Ash, my OH works 12 hours a day and i can totally understand him being shattered and what ever when he gets back, I seem to spend a lot of the day waiting for him to come home only for it to be a bit of an anti climax when he does as you said they seem to have there agenda of random stuff to do when they get home, Ive become really aware of the fact that we exist rather than enjoy life and each day we get through feels like an achievement rather than enjoyable, hopefully this will pass as I get more on the case I'm sure its cos i'm on maternity I feel like this, amazing how much your social life revolves around work and you dont notice I have felt quite isolated recently, I feel like i'm struggling to 'fit in' anywhere

on a more positive note Oscar started smiling yday it was at his dad first but once he got the hang of it there was no stopping him, it melts your heart doesnt it xx

Melanie - Hope your ankle is better soon hun , I suffered with PND badly after number 2 and have been told i have a 50/50 chance of getting it this time, we will see.. I love my baby more than anything in the world but I am finding that I am getting quite anxious at times and when he's upset and i'm not sure why it makes me feel really useless, I guess I expect perfection and I cant live up to the high standards I set for myself

OMG HAYLEY HUGE CONGRATS!!!!!!! That two people I know who both lost little baby boys (my friend lost her soon when he was just two days old due to premature birth) that are now both pregnant!!!!!!!!! I am so excited for you. Well as long as you are. Make sure you have them monitor your bubs closely after birth. I will go after them if they dont. I already told me other friend that if they didnt monitor her pregnancy super carefully that I am going to go after them cause to lose another bubs would just kill her.... She is very nervous and excited but no one else wants her to be excited... Her parents are discouraging her.... I am totally there for her though and so is her bf... we have actually never really met I met her on here lol but she asked me to go meet her as we only live like 6 hours away from each other and if I go to my sisters shes only an hour away so we are going to meet! )))) Wow such good news today... and I got my period so the stress is off of me on thinking I was pregnant and I get my paragard IUD tomorow so I am super happy about that too. Aw I love today... Now I need to pick my jaw back off the floor after reading that hayley and stop dancing around for you and go back and finish reading everyone elses posts.....

Oh forgot to mention about athenas upper gi (reflux) test today. She didnt exactly pass with flying colors BUT they dont think its bad enough she will need surgery... Just bad enough to ruin all her clothes right after eating... They tried telling me at first she must not have it cause it was five minutes after eating with no full on reflux he was about to turn the xray machine off and he got covered in projectile spit up lol. He goes OOOO I guess she does have reflux... I kinda started laughing saying sorry and he goes dont worry happens at least twice a day laughed picked her up and started giving her a belly massage cause she was upset. Such an amazing doctor I was so happy. But she will be put on medicine... I think baby zantac.... or however you spell it. Plus shes lactose to so is being put on soy formula and it has to be liquid not powder cause the liquid is thicker. But the thicker stuff makes her constipated so she has to have a two ounce battle of diluted apple juice once a day... Ah the joys of being a mom of a baby with reflux. I was happy to hear she didnt need surgery and didnt have pyloric something like my little brother had... that was hard to deal with I remember it.
