For sure Finn! This pregnancy is already feeling WAY different than my first, which ended in a miscarriage at 5+5. I'm no more than a week pregnant at this point but everything feels totally different. With my miscarriage, I felt a near constant twitching/ pinching/ jabbing pain in my uterus. My breasts were sensitive but let's just say I was one of the lucky women who enjoyed it when they were touched. I felt pretty good besides the constant twitching. With this pregnancy, I have not felt any twitching/ pinching/ jabbing. Rather my lower abs have had a constant dull pressure/ fullness. It actually feels better somehow. My breasts hurt on and off like a mother and definitely are off limits to any touching lol! And I've also been extremely gassy since my transfer. Today was actually the worst and I had a bit of a panic moment because gas can be really painful sometimes. But all is well. Maybe it's because my first was a boy and this one is a girl. I've read and heard from many, many different women of all different races, body types, etc. that even some of their pregnancies were completely different from each other, even though it was the same parents, same situation, etc. Maybe it's a really good thing this feels different....you want a healthy pregnancy to feel different from your MCs right? Either way, hang in there. You'll get your answer soon enough.
