I had mw today she wasn't my normal one and I was not in the best moods having had an argument with DF about odd socks in the wash! Honestly! And no it wasn't me picking the fight it was him insisting it's all my fault (I haven't done the washing for four weeks due ot spd pain! ANy how! ) So anyway got there and wasn't very tolerant of her I suppose, I was polite but relly couldn't be bothered with her. She wasn't very supportive of spd pain, and seemed to think I was fussing about not being able to walk! RIght lady you bloody try it!
Anyway not much to say bubs still emasuring two weeks ahead but scans say am average size, I asked midwife if it's of average size why do I feel so huge and heavy, could it be there's alot of water, to which she reluctantly said there wasn't much there, but she wasn't commiting herself to saying he was big, (asssuming bubs is a he.) I said don't worry not gonna hold you too it I'm expecting him to be a good size tbh. Which I am, I have little faith in the ways of growth scans and such and am goin on previous, not thinking huge but thining top end 7lb towards 8 by 37 ish weeks.
My blood pressure has gone down loads, but seriously think it's cos pain being managed better now, so by the time I get to midwifes or hospital the painkillers have kicked in and i'm not bordering tears.
No protein in water which is good had pre-eclampsia with my first, just swelling up to my ankles and wrists. I'll be watching it though as with my daughter had no swelling at all, another thing pointint me to the fact this bubs might be a bit bigger!
OH yeah and due to me feelin so bloomin hot all the time my eczema has come up really bad on my arms, think I'm scratching in the night.
Anyway I think thats about all, time is creeping round and my induction should be well underway by four weeks time and I've not even packed bag yet, or brought anything for baby or washed previous unisex outfits! Awww, we'll get there. Tomorrow list day!
