Feeding well, getting more alert and spending more time looking around now... I keep forgetting that he's only a couple of weeks old though and getting annoyed that he's not sleeping thru the night yet! :haha:

How's it with Miss Kinleigh being home? I didn't expect to see you online for ages!
 
I think my waters may have gone this morning, just a bit ago. I got up to pee, went back to bed, and when I laid down, I felt some water coming out. I got up and some more came down my leg, so I went into the toilet and sat. That was it though really. I thought there'd be lots more that came out, like a gush, but I suppose that's just me conjuring up my expectations. I did feel some cyclical cramping last night but it wasn't enough to keep me from sleeping anyway.

So I called the hospital and spoke to the midwife and she said to put on a pad and wait another hour or so to see if more came out. She said I would leak more and that if I did, I'd know if it was my waters or some pee from my bladder coming out. Well, I do know for a fact it was my waters and not pee as, for one thing, I had just peed, and this feeling was pretty different.

So I already know it was my waters for sure, but just gonna sit here anyway and see if more leaks out or something. I have an appointment with the midwife today at 3 anyway, but my main concern was that I have strep b so been told to get in and be put on antibiotics after my waters broke. So it's a game of wait and see, haha...

So if you don't hear from me again today, I'm in having a baby! Think they keep you in for a couple of days here so it might be that long or so before I can update (if that's the case). Otherwise, I'll see you all online here later this morning. :)

Morning all, still nothing had the midwife head down so its just a waiting game!!!
I just want to meet my LO now!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions to get things moving,....really wanted to try and get LO to come out naturally!! xxxxxxxxxx
 
That's how my waters broke last week minstermind and 5 hours later I had my baby in my arms :) xx
 
When I was 26 weeks the same thing happened to me.I had gone to the toilet then went to bed. I then felt a trickle,I stood up and I leaked onto the floor. anyway it turned out not to be my waters even though I was convinced it was. So unless I have a big gush I'm just gonna think I've peed myself lol x

I'm still here. Lost some mucous plug this morning which was very exciting as I've not lost any before! No blood or aches/contractions with it though so expecting nothing more from it.
 
Hi Everyone...
Just to let you know that i had my little angel on my EDD - 23.04.10 @ 09.58. Had a little girl weighing 7lb 7oz :)

Delivered on just gas&air after about 5 pushes however i did tear (2degree tear).

I feel so blessed, our lil girl is a real treasure, sleeps thru the nights, feeds great and is just a real joy :)

I do apologise for posting so late after birth, i am still recovering from the stitches.

I'm so depressed - 11 May babies and I'm still here. This baby doesn't have long before it's no longer an April baby!!
 
Chin up Mrs raggle I'm still here too. Don't forget its a full moon tonight.so fingers crossed for us both! X
 
Just to let you all know that Jessica Ellen was delivered by C-Sec at 9.46am this morning (28 April) and she weighed 9lbs 6.5oz.. We're both doing well.. Jessica is sleeping and breast feeding well :) But I'm not sleeping (way too hot!!) and feel quite sleepy. No offence meant towards anyone, but feel like I'm in here with a load of kids!! I'm only 26 myself, but everyone else seems so young in here! Anyway, I'm here on my own while my husband gets some food,so going to try and sleep for a while. Congratulations to all the new mum's and best of luck to all of those still waiting. Kim xx

I forgot about the full moon - thanks xbabybumpx! I shall be outside rubbing this bump silly!
 
Congratulations ladies!

I am also depressed at the thought there are 11 May babies born already! Mind you, Baby H's EDD by LMP is 3 May. Here's hoping the full moon does something for us that are left!
