What the hell is a diva cup????

Have I been living an extremely sheltered life or something?? I can honestly say ive never heard of these thing until recently when they seem to be all over the web!!

Am I normal?? LOL actually dont answer that!! x

I don't know but when you find out can you tell me!!? Perhaps some kind of instead cup?? x

Put it this way you wouldnt use it to drink tea from!!! ewww!!! a cup to catch your period - its all sooo wrong lol x

Ha so I was right! I remember the first time I heard about instead cups - vile lol. But if I don't get my bfp within next 2 cycles I might try them, apparently good for keeping the in! x

But then someone else wrote that their husband asked them if the sperm would have to have climbing ropes to get back up....which i suppose he's got a point there!!

You could stick a mini trampoline in too lol! oh deary me!!

You are completely normal flipflop! This was all new to me about three months ago!!! I feel like I've had a massively steep learning curve and still don't know it all!

It really is a whole other world that I didn't know existed until we started TTC!

Im with you there!! Why didnt we get told about these things at school?? (well not the cup thing lol)

Instead of waffling on about pollen and roots (the only thing i remember from biology), it might of been more useful to explain about ladybits abit more lol!!!

ps my stuff arrived today, blummin eck £8 for loads pregnancy tests folic acid, a BB Thermometer etc etc cant be bad lol! x

I'm still waiting for O (thought it would be today but alas no) and so will probably need to change my date but will wait until O is confirmed until I do so. Also had really vivid dream last night that I got my bfp and I was 4 weeks pregnant - hope its a good sign

Yes maybe its a sign!!! I hope my dream doesnt come true, someone was chasing me with a knife lol!!

oooo well let us know when you do O, its quite interesting seeing other people tracking these things cos it gives everyone an idea of what to do!! Do u use the ovulation tests then?? x

Hi Ladies,

Getting ready to Ov next week so gonna start bd from today onwards.
Had a smear test monday and the nurse had a job finding my cervix Hope thats not the same problem the are having!

LOL - yes, let's hope that it is only nice dreams that come true then!

And yes - I use opks and I temp (you can see my chart by clicking on the link below). I was hoping to have O'd by now as I am on cd19 today which is when I O'd last month. However, my cycles have been irregular
(I came off the pill in December) so it could be that I'm in for another long one! Am hoping not though as I am getting fertile CM and my cervix seems to be getting higher (another sign of impending O!). The only problem is that I am going away tomorrow morning until Sunday without the other half. It would just be my luck that I O when I am away!!!

Don't worry Pinga! My BFF had to have a special tool to reach her cervix as it's slightly tilted but she got her BFP the first month trying the lucky bugger lol x

AF arrived today so that should be me ovulating around about the 16th. However, OH is stuck at work and can't get home. Tomorrow makes him a week late so fingers crossed he can make it home early next week in time to have a go at impregnating me! If not, we'll hopefully be in with a chance to try in May. However he's so stressed out at the moment I don't think that's going to do his any good so I'm not too hopeful for this time round anyway.
