Baby feels like he's climbing out!

Does anyone else get this... Baby feels like he's scraping against my pelvis its really painful if so have you found anything to help ease it? Its sooo uncomfortable

I get this all the time as baby is breech...only thing that works is to elevate hips while lying down so he falls forward a bit x
