Just don't let them in, and make sure you have no windows or back doors open because bailiffs are allowed to just walk/climb in that way.

They often try to trick you into letting the in "Ok, well can I just quickly use your phone to call my boss?"
Once their foot is over the threshold then they can come in whenever they turn up.

No they are not.

My dad went to a bailiff specialist and was told all of that and more.
So unless they were lying, then I would have to disagree with you.
