soup -
whatever meat you can get off a chicken after a roast,
carrots, turnip, swede, leek, potato, sweet potato, all cut into big chunks
diced onion
leftover gravy and stock and water from the vegetables after a roast dinner
pulses / soup mix
pinch of salt and pepper
chuck it all in a pressure cooker,
you need enough water to cover all the veg and meat youve put in,
bring the pressure cooker to pressure at least twice, releasing the pressure each time and stirring, bring to pressure as many or few times as you wish, the less often you do it the thinner your soup, more times = thicker soup
serve piping hot with buttered bread and optional brown sauce.
maddox was having some lessons in ay nik before we went to uk in march, but we never made it bk after we got home, some lessons are starting on camp soon so i think i;ll take him to them , he really is a water baby
