BFP's, Great Mojo, and Dancing Bunnies

Hey ladies! Sorry I've been MIA lately, I've been a busy bee! And thankfully so, because I haven't been focusing on ss, so my tww is going by fast! I am currently 8dpo, and I don't plan to test early (HA! We'll see if that plan holds lol)

It looks like the rest of you are beginning to O, so good luck and get to :sex: !!

Hay bnj I was also thinking abou you! ... glad your tww is going by fast! .. and gl with the upcoming testing x

Hi ladies! I am a little late to this party, but hello!
I am 8 DPO today, crampy and my boobs are killing me!

Testing tomorrow. ACK!

:hi: and welcome to the thread! ... cramping is a good sign at 8dpo! ... and if the sore bb's are something out of the norm that's good too! ...
Good luck with your testing tomoz! :D

I had a wacky temp dip this morning too. Praying this is the month for us!

Also thought I'd share something else that's going on in my life... which may or may not put off ttc, depending on if I am pregnant (which if I had to guess, I'd say I'm not)

I injured my knee on Saturday and was in the ER because of it. I actually tore my ACL 8 years ago, and never go it repaired. So the stress of the torn ACL and randomly injuries here and there has caused a torn meniscus as well. Soooo... I have to get surgery, soon. I saw a doctor today that did some test and if I don't get it repaired soon, I will start to develop osteoporosis (I think that's what he called it)

So I decided to get the ball rolling. We are contacting my insurance now to get authorization, then we will schedule the surgery. Obviously, if I am pregnant right now, I will have to put the surgery off. But if I'm not, we will be putting it off for at least 5-6 months, since that is how long a full recovery will take.

I'm pretty bummed, but I know its better to take care of it now, instead of after I have children. I want to be able to chase them around and play sports with them. This knee of mine wouldn't allow any of that...

I'm so torn with wanting to conceive NOW and wanting to get it fixed. Thanks for listening to my ramblings lol

The only other thing I can suggest is, maybe you had what you'd call a "split line"... it's were the test line starts out dark then fades (the dark part could mean that was your positive ..do you get what i'm trying to say??...maybe pop over to the ovulation test gallery.. a few ladies have had this (common when using cheapie's)

I've re attached your ovulation test but I've zoomed in to see if you can see what i'm trying to say to you :)

Yeah, I get what you are saying. Man, I guess I will keep testing and hope my body went a little wacky. Monday would have been really early for me to O, as I was not expecting it until Friday. Wouldn't be so bad if the DH and I could get more than 3 BDs in a month! Ha even on SMEP we aren't dtd as much as I hoped. But we did dtd on monday so maybe that was enough if it was my positive opt.

Tankel my opk's do that, it did this cycle... but if you have never got a positive i'm not sure what to suggest ...

I have got a positive, not just this cycle. Do yours get lighter and then get positive? Or do they get lighter after you get a positive?

Mine this month went almost positive, the following day the second line was barely there and bam! The day after Blazing positive ! ... it's crazy how quick they can change... today the line had almost completely disappeared now x

Thanks for your help. You see what I mean? my OPTs are wacky. It did the same thing to me last month.

yeah I only test once a day. It is hard enough for me to do that. I swear I drink (water) like a fish and it is so hard for me not to guzzle water for that 2 hours!
