Welcome
Well, I have kind of decided that since there is an Itty Bitty Babies Club we should have a club for those who have larger sized babies, to give each other moral support and share our experiences with eachother! I also thought it would be a good place to recommend anything and everything that helps with having a larger LO
*I'm not quite sure if the group name is right so any suggestions would be welcome*

Both OH and I are tall, I am 5ft 9 and he is 6ft 4, well he says he has shrunk but he is still taller than me!
I was always the tallest in my class at school, always ahead of the boys until about 13 years of age. Because of this I used to miss out on things like the soft play kids adventure places or missing out on free chocolate selection boxes because I looked too old when my peers who were older would get some. Oh and the 'is it cold up there?' comments! Okay so I am not really scarred about all this now but when I was little it used to get to me . . . until I could then get served drinks at 15 and not the soft kind. So I hope I can understand what my LO will go through and help and guide her and keep her informed when she grows up. So the point of that mini rant is: I don't want her to miss out on being 'little' just becasue she is big!
Chloe is on the 91st centile and at her last weigh in she was 16lbs and 4oz which was 2 weeks ago. She is very long and even though she is almost 5 months old she is already in 6-9, has been since 3 months and sometimes now we have started to buy 9-12 month clothes even.
I had a lot of watch her weight comments when she was younger as she kept on jumping up through the growth curves but she eventaully evened out.
People are amazed at her when she sits next to other babies that are older than her, she does look so much older than them, is very alert and chatty and I worry sometimes that strangers will expect her to act a certain way when she is actually younger than what they think.
This is her on Mothersday
