This is going to sound really stupid  BUT what do you girls actually do on your birthing ball?

Do you do little circles / bounce / sway from side-to-side?

Just wondering lol

xx

I'm not sure I would imagine it to be what you listed. Funny enough I just sent OH to argos for a gym ball as I seem to have knocked out my pelvis and I'm sooooo uncomfy, i though I can use it in labour and for toneing afterwards. All for just a fiver :)

I payed £2.48 from Tesco lol. It kills my thighs to be honest or maybe Im just a freak on my ball lol

xx

 *imagines SpecialBump freaking out on a ball*

In first pregnancy i sat on it, bounced on it, leaned over it, rocked side to side on it. Every thing i could do really. All i can say is i spent nearly a day on the thing trying out every movement possible and then i went into labour at 2am the next morning!!
