Bit confused about NHS dental treatment

When I went to the dentists they didn't require any proof, just believed me (and my third tri bump lol). Same with prescriptions, they always just take my word for it x

Oops forgot to update. Midwife said they don't need one, just say you are pg. I'm showing now so will make sure it's after lunch when bump is bigger lol
