Thanks @tdog I never had spotting more than once though, and didn’t ever have it this late if it wasn’t a loss. I don’t feel hopeful at all.

Thank you so much everyone. Unfortunately it is a loss. Bright red bleeding with clots and bad cramps. And all on the plane with 8.5 hours to go! I am totally heartbroken.
