C-section bag?

Hi everyone

Baby is definately breech and not got much space to move. I have an appt with the consultant on Friday to discuss what is going to happen but its looking like being a csection as Im too scared to have an ECV as it caused major issues for a close family member before.

Can anyone tell me if I need to put anything extra in my hospital bag? What do I need that is different from the usual?

Obviously more pjs and pants etc as I will be in longer - anything else?

High rise pants-lots of
Nighties or jammies if they sit by belly button, don't want them rubbing incision line
Extra clothes for babies I've packed a weeks worth to allow for soiling
High fibre foods-I'm told it's hard to go after a section.
General food & drinks.
Magazines & books


That's all I can think of atm!

hello, i would definetly jut pack more of everything.. extra nappies.. clothes etc.. you could be in for about 4-5 days.. i had c-section with my son it was wonderfull.. good luck x
