Can anyone recommend a good foundation?

The loreal one that matches to your skin tone works quite well.. feels really good on your skin.. for a cheap buy id go for collection 2000 lasting finish 16 hour one.. i agree though, other than the photoreadys etc, mac is the way to go.

I use Estee Lauder Double Wear.
After having Harry I've got some areas of high pigmentation.
Being 32, I've got a few lines also - so wearing heavy foundation just tended to settle into the lines.
Estee Lauder Double Wear gives good coverage, and doesn't settle into the lines either.
The only cons are:
a) price - it's not cheap!
b) it can look a bit heavy
