can you use heat packs?

Back is agony.

Can I use one of them heat pack thingies that u stick to yourself?

I had to use them in my last pregnacy with DD and got told to get the one that go on your clothes x

Be careful what kind you use. The IcyHot patches, I think they are? They have aspirin in them. I'd use an electric heating pad for my back if it hurt. No sense in putting chemicals in the baby's body.
