Well Melissa, you are going straight to hell with Tiff (after she just posted that Jesus pic on FB lmao)

Beautiful stuff, Wendy!

Thanks, Brig. Maybe I should copyright that one? :haha:

I JUST DIED OVER THAT JESUS PIC...

I didn't get it at first  I was like "Huh? OCA? What's OCA?" ... I think I actually come out of work dumber than I walk in sometimes!!

On the bfing and drinking front I have had a glass of wine when B was sleeping for 4 to 6 hours at a time.as it would out of my system in a couple hours following the chart that determines by weight. I follow the guideline pretty strictly but see no harm in having a drink every now and then if B is sleeping well. And I have definately pumped and dumped until I was able to feed again (to keep up supply, and empty my :holly:) on a night out without B.

I think as long as they are taking care of their kids and everyone is happy, no harm done. When I was a teen I helped my mom take care of my grandma if she had to go to an appt and couldn't bring her with her or my nan needed to go pee while my mom was busy, etc. I also took over babysitting for her when she had to go work her 2nd job to keep my dad happy and actually liked helping her out, plus I got to leave school a few times to help which was always welcome.

Now I feel dumb... What is OCA?

Its a pic I posted on Facebook :haha: Friggin' died seeing it!

Hell in a handbasket I tells you! :argh:

I had to think about the jesus pic on FB for a minute too Tasha... and i have no excuse really, other than lack of sleep. :haha:

actually thats not even an excuse today as she actually slept half decent last night. She only woke 2 times (one time was to poop - she must have been talking to Joss's Peyton about pooping at 5am). but i woke up an extra time to check on her.

I might have to stop at LCBO and get a bottle of white to have on hand LOL

Grouchasaurus baby today!!

Alia is a grouchasaurus too!!! I'm pretty sure more of her molars are coming through...she's being very picky with food and crying/whining for no good reason. And she's been screaming in her sleep :( Stupid molars :growlmad:

She's napping right now and I might go join her, I'm exhausted!
Then we might go to my mom's house for the afternoon to hang out.

J's mood might be teeth. She just got out of the bath and looks tired, but of course is fighting it. and crying while she's doing it  im kinda letting her just go...

and she just bit me while nursing... i do the smoosh her head in my boob thing when she bites, but it doesn't seem to detour the biting....

Good morning!
Poor old Simon had some tummy bug last night and was up several times tossing his proverbial cookies.
Husband was a superdad and dealt with most of it, but I'm the one doing the nasty nasty laundry this morning.
Think I might have to screw the environment and do a few cycles of hot water wash.

And then I guess we all just wait and see if this was a one-off or if we all get to experience the same bug.
Ah, toddlers.

Sara, both boys were biters for me. The boob-smother move works well on Tobe, but didn't do much on Simon. Not sure what else to suggest, other than teething stuff around nursing.

ohhhh that makes me greatful B doesn't have any teeth yet still.

Hope Simon feels better and no one else gets it aswell.

Hope J feels better soon.

Sara, Isaiah was a biter for about 3 days. When he bit, I unlatched him. He screamed, he got back on. Every time he bit it, I unlatched him and he learned within 3 days that if he bites, he loses boob. He was 5-ish months at the time. He didn't bite again after the third day.

Glad that J slept well for you last night Sara! :)

Sorry to hear about the grouchy babies though :hugs:

Poor Simon! I will keep my fingers crossed that it was a one-off

I haven't really had a chance to go through my facebook yet but must go investigate this pic :haha:

Hello! Andrew woke up at 5am teething but miraculously advil made him go back to sleep until 8am! Hallelujah! Hosted a playdate this morning and are heading out to KinderCafe with a friend after his nap. If he naps. He is having a grand old time singing and talking away in his bed. I am laying in bed myself trying not to get annoyed that he's still awake.

Oh and my Baby Ktan carrier came and I practiced carrying two dolls in it. I can't wait to try it with the twins. There's a dorky pic of me doll-wearing in my journal if you want a laugh. :haha:

Oh my goodness quite the discussion going on here. :hi: Wendy thanks for the warm welcome back. I'll try to keep updated on here but some days the thread moves too fast!

I'd love to have a drink right now... except I'm 4DPO O.M.G.!!!

Still not getting too excited as I don't want to get all excited that I ovulated and then have FF take away the cross hairs! I'm getting my progesterone blood test on Monday so I'll know for sure then :) Still I can't help getting a little excited :happydance: It's been a long 6 months with no chance at conceiving.
