Catching a cold right after ovulation

Hey ladies,
I'm 2 dpiui and a looming cold finally came down yesterday. I don't yet have a fever but I'm feeling exhausted, sore throat , headache and all.
Is it okay to take some Ibuprofen or Paracetamol?
I'm scared that either the cold or the meds could hinder anything going on at the moment and possibly prevent implantation.
I mean it's probably good in a way that I'm not feeling well so I can easily cut down on team practices (cheerleading) and don't have to make something up. But still, any experiences as to how a cold could affect implantation?

This happened to me this cycle as well started with my soft pallet on fire and though it was just allergies but continued into some coughing and sore throat. Still have. Bit of a scratchy throat! All tests say negative but I can just feel it. Same thing happened when I pregnant with DD! Yes you can take some it's ok! Good luck!
