I'm so excited to have a lime on my ticker today I remember having it last time around and being super excited. I can definitely feel my uterus is getting more cramped - the bottom of my stomach is starting to feel uncomfortable especially when I lie on my front at night.

Hi all. I'm due 31st Dec so going to join in. Though DD was born at 43+6 so if thats anything to go by I might end up in Jan. Still feels a bit surreal for me. Symptoms have been mild. Can't wait for the 12 week scan in a few weeks

I had my early scan at 7+1 and won't have another until 20. last time they were able to see what they needed (measurements and HB) abdominal my, which of course is more comfy, but the pic doesn't look like much. Will be very different for the 20wk! Have contemplated taking DD to see her sibling, but know it will be long and would hate for her to be there if we have to hear any bad news.

Has anyone been using a Doppler at home to listen to bubba's heartbeat?

That's a shame Melann I wanted to take DS but unfortunately they won't allow children in to ultrasound at the hospital where we have to go. I am a bit disappointed about it actually as he was excited when we went for the private one.

That's exciting little dreams! good luck for tomorrow. I am thinking about getting one, I had one with my last pregnancy but unfortunately it's broken.

Hi everyone. My ultrasound went really well today, bubba was super lively but I have been dated as 13 weeks instead of 12-2 so I guess that means I am officially moving over to second tri.

Can't believe I'll be 15wks tomorrow... goes a lot faster when you chasing a toddler! We're potty training and she just changed daycares... It's been a crazy 2 weeks!

Wow 15 weeks already!! It's going so quickly.

I had my scan today and all was well, measuring at 12+6 so my due date has moved forward to 17th

Don't remember who asked, but I do use a Doppler. I got it for my previous pregnancy (after my first was a loss). I have the sonoline B from Amazon. It takes some skill, last time I didn't even try til 11wks because I wanted to wait until I had seen the doc do it. This time I tried and found it at 9wks flat, because I had students becoming suspicious and I wasn't going to tell them if I couldn't find it, even though it would've just been too early for the Doppler.
I use it about once a week. You have to trust yourself to not panic if you can't find it.

I have a sonoline B from my first pregnancy. It was great! Unfortunately it seems to have become damaged in storage as its no longer working I am not sure if I'll get another. I can feel a hard lump low in my tummy now where baby is, and I think yesterday I started to feel a few tiny kicks.

Kicks! How exciting. I'm hanging out til friday when I have my first ob appt as I should get some proof there's a baby there. No symptoms atm and can't feel anything myself yet.

I'm not certain that's what it was - I have felt similar before and it was impossible as I was too early, must have just been muscles twitching - but this was really low near where the US was done. I've felt nothing since though!!

I really need to tell work, I keep chickening out. I was hoping they would guess as I've been so sick and tired but they haven't even noticed.

Always the way. My work guessed again. I have nausea very early and was super bloated. All symptoms gone now at 11 weeks of course but someone asked me today if i was 14weeks now. I had to say nope, you've just all guessed far too early

Haha. I wish they would guess as I wouldn't feel like I'm about to drop a bomb shell I think I'm just going to have to do it tomorrow - it's just me and my boss as our assistant is off, but time is getting on and he needs to know. Plus I've been throwing up loads the last few days so maybe I will have to be sick while he's around. So annoying as I have started to feel a bit better but I'm being sick more. So weird!
