Christmas 2016 babies!

Well I told work, it was fine. I should have just said something sooner! It's a relief now that they know and I can tell everyone I want to, and not worry about the secret getting out

Thats so good Rose. What a weight off your shoulder.

I'm over the 12 week mark now got to see baby at my ob appt on Friday it was wonderful. Bub was measuring spot on for dates and was just chilling

I can't announce yet as our inlaws are on an overseas holiday. It was an 8 week trip and we still have a few weeks left to their return and want to tell them in person before telling everyone.

Glad the appointment went well
I think it's kind of nice having a secret for a bit longer. I was desperate to announce with #1 and told our parents at 9 weeks and the world at 12 after our scan. This time we have announced quite slowly and I want to make sure all the relevant people know before we announce online.

All the important people know now, so we announced on Facebook last night. It feels more exciting and real now everyone knows

Oh that's great Rose. I'm still waiting on the in laws to come back from holiday before we can.

Have had my scan now which was great! Feels more real for me now too

Glad the scan was good I am really looking forward to the 20 week one so we can see everything in greater detail - I found it so interesting last time - and hopefully find out if we are pink/blue

We still haven't announced on FB, I guess it just doesn't seem as important to me this time around (the FB announcement, not the pregnancy
Will likely just wait til after the 20wk scan at this point and announce gender at the same time. DD is so sweet- every night she says goodnight to the baby and this morning when she got up she wanted to come snuggle for a couple minutes and said "Can I lay on your belly and sleep with the baby? I no squish the baby. "

Melann that's so cute I wasn't so excited about the FB announcement either but now I've done it, it's made everything seem more real and more exciting!

How is everyone doing?

I'm still exhausted and nauseous at times. I'm also getting more and more uncomfortable in my clothes, so have just ordered a big bundle of new ones including a few pairs of jeans which will hopefully make things easier! I'm fed up of being stuck in leggings.
