What do you have for a traditional Christmas dinner?

My husband wants a traditional holiday meal and I am kinda at a loss of what to make. I would appreciate the help.

In the UK it's turkey, roast potatoes, parsnips/carrots, Yorkshire puddings (kind of like popovers), stuffing, maybe something green like Brussels sprouts/peas/broccoli, brown gravy.

This year I'm thinking of saying 'screw it' and just making burgers :haha:

In my mums it's turkey, gammon, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, (sometimes mash) sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and gravy. In to side would be cranberry sauce. When I do dinner I replace the turkey and gammon with Quorn or nut roast.

A christmas dinner for us would be
Turkey
Roast potatoes
Mash or new potatoes
Carrots
Roast parsnips
Brussels sprouts
Stuffing
Pigs in blankets (sausage wrapped in bacon)
Ceanberry sauce.

I like yorkshire pudding with mine but i dont think a proper traditional christmas dinner is supposed to have yorkshire pudding.

Thanks ladies.

I've tried asking him and he just keep s giving me weird answers. He did tell me though he wants creamed corn. I know he means like his mom makes so gotta figure it out.
