I am having a Solstice dinner at my house on the 21st. My SIL is preggie and she is having a hard time with not drinking over the holidays. I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had any good suggestions for some fun Christmas Mocktails that I can make so she doesn't feel left out of the festivities (not that there is going to be a lot of drinking due to Solstice being on a Monday this year).

Thanks in advance for all of your suggestions.
