I am having a Solstice dinner at my house on the 21st. My SIL is preggie and she is having a hard time with not drinking over the holidays. I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had any good suggestions for some fun Christmas Mocktails that I can make so she doesn't feel left out of the festivities (not that there is going to be a lot of drinking due to Solstice being on a Monday this year).

Thanks in advance for all of your suggestions.

Cranbery juice, orange juice and grenadine

Irish cream flavoured syrup (the one they put in coffee) with milk and some icecream to make it more irish cream like.
