Oh, I live in Va. It was 20 dollars at CVS! Conceive Plus is great, too- just as keepsmiling said. I've heard that it works better that preseed, but I'm not really sure.


Ladies... I am cautiously announcing... but I got my first ever this morning, after two years of trying. I am in shock. I cried when I saw it.

Hi everyone, I have been reading this thread for a bit and now feel I should introduce myself! I have been TTC for number two for 2 years, and went to see the fertility specialist a couple of months ago. After various ultrasounds and post-coital test she says I am ovulating well, although shortish cycles (25-28 days) and good cm, and DH's sperm look good under the microscope... but we are not getting pregnant! I am 38, so would like some results!

I am on 8dpo right now, and had terrible ov pains as well a post-ov pains that kept me in bed for a day yesterday. I am hoping it is implantation, I go for blood tests on Friday to find out (I am assuming that is what the test is for!) If AF turns up then I will be on Clomid starting on day 2 of the next cycle. All your comments about Clomid have been so helpful to me. Thank you!

So right now I just wanted to say hi and I am so glad there are other people going through this same process. I try not to think about it all too much because I will start getting anxious!

I get my blood results back today not sure what time but I have to call my midwife today at 9am... just to see that I ovulated which I know for a fact I did. This test was from another doc but I don't see that doc till Nov 16th =O crazy I know So i called my midwife to tell me them =)
still having crampy feelings for the past 3 days. I am 7DPO and I tested I go to acupuncture today at 9am. i took my vitimins and was gagging alittle why I have no idea I take vitimins every day. LOL and thats all with me for today

Can Clomid be prescribed by your general GP or do you need to go to a special fertility clinic to get it - im from UK by the way

not sure sorry. In Australia has to be FS. i imagine its the same there.

fs,, u can only get the dosage upped at the gps xx but the first persciptio is always from the fs x

hiya every1 i tested this morning and got a messed up positive test yet this afternoon its negative , ive heard of chemical pregnancy results but wouldnt it be the same this afternoon? what do you guys think? thanks im only on cd 19 i think im on 28 day cycles ish

samiraandchris u have to go to your doctor and they will refer you to a gyn doctor at the hospital ;-)

yea just abit feel a little preg and had a dream last night n just needed to see im not sure as i dont know when i ovulated im not good with anything like that and i didnt take the test for ovulation as i ovulated before i took clomid

hey everyone. I am all done with my clomid for this month..on CD 11 right now..im a little confused though, because i started it on cd 5, but only had spotting..one show of red blood and that was it after that it was all brown spotting for 3 days. but i talked to the dr and she said it was ok as long as i took a test before i started on cd 5 and it was negative, which it was. but i have been confused because i have had really watery CM ever since before my spotting started, its so bad that i wear panty liners every day, and its still going on..it hasnt stopped at all and ive heard that ur posta dry up before AF and i havent at all..i know that im usually not like this all the time, i also have been having cramps like crazy before and after i started, and this morning i woke up and my lower stomach is sore..it feels really sensitive..i have taken clomid in the past and last month when i took it i wasnt like this..i was thinking about the possibility of cysts..but when i called the dr for my clomid refill i mentioned all the cramps and really light period and she didnt seem too concerned?

I think that Clomid makes for more cm in general, and from what people on here have been saying, watery cm seems pretty usual...

I had to do the same thing over the weekend!
Had to keep running to the bathroom, thinking I had just peed myself!!
