Kazz Thanks sweet. I did end up talking to the nurse and she said it is most likely my hormones playing tricks on me... Madie is fine. She now goes to sam's side of the bed when she wakes up now so problem solved. Im now CD8 last pill was 2 days ago and still having hot flushes! So uncomfortable as it is the middle of summer here.

It has been wayyy too long and I am completely lost in our little thread now haha!

I tried reading up on everything but I am SURE that I lost some!

Welcome to all of the new ladies, and to the original group I send my love!

My blood results were FINALLY negative as of Monday! I'm telling you that was the biggest relief ever! It only took 6 friggen weeks! Now if I can only get the spotting to stop... going onto day # 46! It has definitely tapered off. A simple panty liner can do. But I'm so afraid that I will get a true period as soon as it stops. I used to start on the 5th but I feel like that has gone completely out the window since all of this has happened! I have put in for an appointment request to see the doctor in March. We have to wait three months (that puts us at 3/31) before we can try again but who knows when the period is going to come. Would be nice if it was 4/5 so I can just get started!! Either way we are looking at January 2013 OR later!

Can we get a name intro from everyone again just since I've been out of the loop? I will try to post a "key" so that we can keep track!

Sorry I have been out of the loop as well, really busy with my college courses. But not too busy that we haven't made time for the baby dance. Every day since I have stopped AF, but my pill intake is nuts so far this month it has been
50mg of clomid 3-7
mucinex 1200 Mg
baby asprin 81 Mg
B6 vitamin
prenatal vitamin

Hopefully we get our BFP, I wasn't able to use OPK this month as I still haven't received my order yet!! So we are just trying to baby at least once a day!!

Sarah did doctor say anything you can take 2 help with side effects?? I'm totally grounded this month no side effects at all. But like I said previous last month was disaster with hormones so could just affect you dif every month.. Have you started baby dance?? You must be due 2 ovulate this early next week as well???

Mucinex is a chest congestion medication that thins out the mucus, my Dr told me to take it after I took my clomid. It has helped for sure! My predicated ovulation was yesterday by the calender but some months I am late with the O and others I am early. But I haven't noticed any crazy ovulation pain like normal, not sure what that means. I do have an spot with my Dr on the 25th of this month as I have monthly checks while I am on fertility meds, he said he isn't one to just give a 6 mth supply and say.come back if it doesn't work. So that's good. So I am pretty sure I am at the beginning of the tww! I am so impatient! This is going to kill me!!!

Hello Ladies,

I am JJ, 30 yrs old, DH 31. Been trying for 5 years for number 1. I have cycles from 27-32 days, and do not ovulate often, and when I do, my progest. levels are 2.6. So I am right now on CD 22, 8 DPO. I am on 100mg of Clomid and 100 mg of progest. supplements after ovulation. This is my 2nd month using Clomid.

Needed a place to connect!!

hi ladies now on day 8...did clomid for first time ever days 2-6 - i havent had any symptoms so far.....does this mean it probably isnt working? or do they come later down the line.....also for those who didnt ovulate at all or really late on did clomid make you ovulate any sooner?

Hi I'm on my second clomid cycle day 2-6 like you 50mg,I haven't had any effects from clomid from the first cycle just satarted 2nd today so may get some this time,I usually get my monthly gift between cd 30-33 after clomid I got it cd 28 waiting for bloods back to see if I ovulated I think I did as I got ovulation pains on cd 12,its probably working just some people don't get side effects

Cbmd I ovulate earlier on clomid 13 an 14 so far befor clomid was between 18-20 hoping for 13 or 14 again this month 😃

Today has been a very odd day for, I have been sick to my stomach, constant headache and very sore boobs. I am not sure if this is the signs of ovulation while being on clomid but they are annoying but that makes me hopeful i guess. Still waiting on my OPK test and more pregnancy test from amazon, major mix up and now unless I go get them from the store I can't test and they are so much cheaper online and hate to have to spend twice as much just a store.

Anyways how is everyone else doing? Anything exciting?

Last cycle was horrendous for SE - so far this cycle have only had excruciating back ache again - I think the moods may have improved but dh would prob disagree! An gearing dh up for the bd marathon that will be starting v soon! I used to ov on my own cd19-21 but last month it was cd16 do it's getting better - and I had a 29 day cycle so I think things are improving. Just hope that this is the month! Cos if it isn't, AF will be due just before valentines day

Oh a little of both!!!! Lol and now one week away from visiting my Dr of blood work and test and hopefully scheduling our first baby appointment for a bundle of joy and not going for round two of clomid!!

Bmavery Hope your tww isn't too long for you. All you can do is try your hardest in the small window then hope for the best. We start baby dancing tonight CD9. I usually O on day 14 on clomid. You must jingle when you walk just like me. Soo many pills. I think if it doesn't work this month I will just take my clomid and folic acid. Taking pills makes me want to throw, up especially the b6. It smells so bad!
Hope your side effects get better soon. the sore boobs thing is so annoying huh.



CBMD are you being monitered at all blood work should tell you if it has done the trick...No symptoms/side effects doesn't mean its not working. Just that your lucky.

no im not being monitored - its really frustrating - the specialist i see is quite abrupt and only sees me for about two minutes - i literally went in to see him- he said 'have you had any periods in last 8 months' i said no - he said right heres a prescription for clomid - told me how to take it and that was that! so im left to my own devices just taking it and having to bd all the time - which is not ideal - gets like a chore!!!
only on day 9 so going to start from now.....had no side effects so far......which other pills do you take? i take a variety too! sometimes i wonder whether they do more harm than good!! xx

Hi again everyone. Thanks Sarah.

My cycles seem to be all over the place, even on the clomid. Last cycle I ovulated cycle day 17. Today is cycle day 17 for me, no pos OPK yet and CM is not near what it is like when I O... But it is getting there. Although, luckily or hasn't happened yet this month because hubby has been quite ill over the last few days so don't think BD would have been possible, so maybe fate is working things out for me - I truly hope so.

I went to the fertility dr. Earlier this week and he wasn't too mad at me that I stopped taking the progesterone pessaries, because I got violently I'll and then my temps dropped to pre ovulation levels. He agreed that my cycles are strange and says that this strengthens the case of short luteal phase and makes him concerned that there may be problems with the corpus luteum. He said that I will just have to keep trying over the next 3 months with the 25mg clomid and the pessaries. I have a blood test when I O and 7 days after to check levels and he will call me and tell me if I need to change anything before my next appt.

So, there we go. Fingers crossed it will happen soon!!! Eeep!

Good Morning everyone!!!!!

Well I broke down last night and spent the extra money on the opks at the store because I wanted to monitor the O because its our first time one clomid, well I took a test last night and it was neg, and I know you are suppose to test around the same time, and normally I am a morning opk-er so I took another one this morning....BFP....so good thing we did the deed last night and every day before that, and will continue for the next few days. Kind of feels like a chore for sure but hopefully it all pays off this month. Not sure why I O so late but that is okay, at least it is happening, well that is what I keep telling myself.

I am in a super great mood, now and will be texting my DH to let him know that he needs to find an excuse to leave work for about an hour or so we can baby dance over lunch or something to make this O count!!!

Sarah~ thank you so much, i love reading your post, you try to get everyone in your post, and its so sweet!! I don't have that much, ever been classes, kids, and a dh and homework....my life is always on the go!!! I am only on here this morning because I wanted to let everyone know that I have hope again now that I was able to see the positive on the opk!!! I was getting a little scared for a bit!!!!

Anyways, have a great day!!! But I need to get running, have to get my oldest to the bus and my youngest to daycare!!!!

Hey sarah, no i don't use opks, just bbt and lots and lots of BD!!! DH thinks i'm using him like a prize stallion (yeah and?!?) and he feels like i only want to have sex with him when i'm ovulating - which is NOT true - he just doesn't understand that when AF is visiting, being amourous in ANY way is totally offputting - i just want to sleep mostly.
But hey, here's to the next week or so of BDing fun (i hope)!
