Completely random but how many children do you want

one but my husband wants two. i always wanted to adopt our first child but he wanted his own so here I am, pregnant! we're going to adopt our second. i love children but I think more than two would be too much work for me and I'm definitely glad he agreed to adopt number two.

I always wanted three. 4 mths after my son was born, my husband at the time went and got snipped behind my back (he only wanted two kids). I accepted the fact that I was only going to have 2. Lo and behold, this LO was a complete but amazing surprise!

I pretty much lost my ever-loving mind on him......however, the damage was done by the time he came home and told me. I felt very betrayed though. We ended up divorcing when my kids were 6 & 10 yrs old. This LO is by my now ex-boyfriend......*eye roll*

Yeah im not surprised hes now an EX!! id feel SOO betrayed!! How sad, sorry you had to go through that, it mustve been a hard time for you :0(

I want 2...hubby wants 3!! So he reckons he will wait 2 years after this one to see if I change my mind, if not then the deal is he goes to the doctors to get the snip...either that or I chase him down with a pair of bricks...I don't enjoy being pregnant, especially after my first being a preemie, the constant worry and anxiousness takes any enjoyment out of it...I love the fact I am growing a baby however, if that makes sense?!!

I only want 2, was hoping for one of each.If this second child were a boy i may have considered doing it again. Fortunately i am now having a girl, so that is perfect for me as my first child is a boy. I really don't enjoy being pregnant so really don't want to do it all again!

Yip me too! Although DH only wants 2 but us women have our "wily ways" Just kidding, I'd never trick him but I'm working on convincing him! Coming from a big family I would love a big family of my own!

DH wants 5 kids! he has a son already and this is our first together...so he is wanting three more pregnancies and babies. i never even wanted kids in the first place, but that changed after we got married and i became a stepmom. im not sure about 3 more though...i keep telling him to hold off mentioning the possibility of more until i get through this labour and the first 6 months of full-time mommy-hood

This is my 3rd and final!
I have one of each already and the youngest has just started school in time for this baby boy to be born!
I couldn't do pregnancy again though after this, I have a different kind-of feeling this time and already know this is my last pregnancy. OH is having the snip!

4 kids for us. we have talked this over many times because orginially i wanted a much bigger family (6) and dh only wanted 3 but I am adament on not having a middle child because they always feel left out and so we decided on 4. However. with the way things are going with dh's career we might have to stick to just these 2
