Consultant appointment, always the same one?

Connor had regular checks in the early days but is now every 6 months for his Paediatrician, but I'd has never seen the.same one twice, is this usual? I don't know if to insist that he has.more consistency as he is unlikely to get signed off before the age of 3.

Never ever ever have the girls seen the same consultant from when they were discharged. We have had a different one each time and the only one I knew of was the Consultant that discharged them from hospital.

We've had the same consultant all the way through. Don't know if that is just luck though as when I was pregnant I saw a different consultant everytime I went!

Thanks for replying, my HV thinks I should insist on seeing the same one especially as they are investigating possible genetic issues and possible growth hormone treatment in the future.
