Had my first appointment today. Scan revealed a heartbeat and an 8 week old baby. And I heard those magical words "yes, there's only one in there."

Got my first appt today. Anxious.

Hello everyone My name is Autumn and my due date is December 22nd! I have my first scan this Friday 5/18 and am so ridiculously nervous. I had a mmc in December so I am just SO hoping to see a little heartbeat

Hi again! I went to the doctor this morning - NO scan , but they were able to find the heartbeat with the doppler- very strong and fast 170 bpm. I go back on June 4th and they will be doing another ultrasound then. I will be 12+3 then.

Hi girls, how did I miss this thread! I had a private scan yesterday at 8+4 measuring perfect, could see the heart beating it was so clear!

My Christmas pudding is due 24/12

Getting excited for my scan on Monday!! I will be 8 +1 weeks!! I feel like I have been waiting forever for this day to come (well I kinda have, since 4weeks)!! Good luck to everyone else having scans this week!

Please to report. My first scan went to well.....tears in my eyes.

We saw a 8 weeks likkle growing baby, with placenta growing, and heartrate going well at 165. Thank the Lord!!!

Due Dec. 30. Hope to deliver by Christmas.

Well, I had my scan today and it was not what I expected. . The baby only measured in at 6 weeks and had no heart rate I am absolutely devastated and beside myself with sadness. There is no way my dates are off I am super regular. I am going back Thursday to see the doctor and have another ultrasound just to make sure than figure out what I need to do. H & H 9 mos to all of you. I hope to be back here soon but now I feel very nervous about everything.

Well Thursday showed the same exact thing so i had my d and c today and am happy to report I am recovering very well. Best of luck to all you ladies. I hope to be back real soon.
