Yes, I'm pretty much in love with that due date. I'm a tad worried it'll change tomorrow after the scan lol. But hey, as long as everything looks good I'm not complaining!!

You guys not in the UK are so lucky you get early scans. In the UK we don't have scans until 12 weeks unless there is spotting or high risk. Although you could pay privately. If I have to wait over 12 weeks then I may pay privately.

I was stupid and thought the annoying waiting would end with my BFP. Waiting to O, Waiting to test now Waiting to be 6 weeks, then 8 then 12, SCAN, Waiting some more, Waiting for due date, Waiting some more (probably)........ It's endless. This baby making malarkey teaches you a lot about patience!! I have none!!

hi bean congratulations! i know 12 weeks seems so long in the uk im 8 wks tomorow and still havent gotten my 12wk scan date yet although i had an early scan at 6wk 6days at a orivate clinic and saw the hb and everything which was amazing and such a relief as i had a mc in dec 11, i just find it so annoying we are expected to wait until 12wks its so hard lol ur right its waiting for O, the bfp then scan! i definately need some patience too!

I am new to this site, this is actually my first post!
I actually just found out last week that I am pregnant, and by my calculations, due approx. the middle of December! My first prenatal appointment is on May 9th. It seems so far away...I can't wait!!

Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and already had the doctors appointment, just got to wait another 6 for the first scan! Doctor said baby should be due 16th December, 3 days before my 18th birthday! xxx

Got my today and starting to get excited but also nervous as had chem pg last month.
Still feeling very crampy like my period is coming any time, what are your symptoms - I know I am very early but would like to know how everyone else if feeling.
By the way how did you add all the bits and pieces at the end of your posts?!

Hi buster congratulations! my name is claire im 7wk 6days i was very crampy at the start too a real heavy feeling 'down there' lol im still abit crampy and lower back ache and achy hips and stuff and oh the morning sickness! it came on abt 6weeks and have been so sick everyday lol ah well itl be worth it! i know its hard but try not to panic abt cramping as i hear alot of ppl have that and its just the baby making sure its clinging on tight!

Hi Eimear i just noticed you are from ireland too! im glad i can help i have been a complete nervous wreck and love to hear that the things im feeling other ppl are feeling too it makes it seem more normal! i swear i never expected the amount of aches, cramps, pains etc in pregnancy and each thing makes me freak!lol i know what you mean i actually wanted morning sickness because i had a mc in dec11 so have been extra worried so in a way the ms has been a reassurance each day to me! although to b honest iv been quite miserable with it i cant eat a thing and am sick all the time but sure its all part of it

have you any idea when your scan or anything will be?im sure ur so excited

Hi everyone! I'm Lindsay and I'm 4 weeks, 5 days. I have my first appointment with my family doctor on May 1, so that I can get a referral to an obgyn with privileges at the hospital I want to deliver at. Then I can set up my first scan. We're so excited, but so impatient lol! Looks like my due date is Christmas day!

Am v early on yet n havent even gone to doc, last time didnt get scan til 16 wks so have a way to go yet! I did have an early mc last cycle so may ask doc for early scan but then to be honest dont know what good that will do either - dont think i will feel comfortable until at least 12 wks. i showed really early the last time so am kinda hoping that will happen again this time (my last baby was 10lbs8) so was quite big!
