Hello Ladies!! Good luck on everyone's scans!

My name is Kristen and I am due 12/12/12 with my rainbow baby. I have had two recent losses at 10 weeks for both.

I had a scan 4/12 at what I think is 5+1, then another on 4/19 at 6+1. I have another scan scheduled 4/26. I think my dates are off (and I really have no idea what my dates are anyways) so I think my little bean is about a week younger than I thought. We'll see what the next scan brings!

Saw my bubs for the first time today! Measuring right on for dates and saw HB @ 117! It was fabulous! Can't wait for my next u/s!

I just found out today I am pregnant. Still in major shock. My due date is Dec 31st a New years baby. Not sure when my first scan will be. I go back to the doctors appointment on wed to get hcg checked again. After 22 months of ttc I didn't think I would ever make it to this point. My name is Jamie.

I'm Karen.

I don't know when I'll get my first scan but I have a first appointment with the midwife next Thursday @ 6+2. I definitely won't get a scan then - the midwife will refer me and it will probably be at around 10 - 12 weeks.

I am so happy we have so many babies to celebrate - count 'em so far 53!!! Pics are looking absolutely beautiful ladies! I hope that all is well and you take time today to sit for a bit and enjoy your pregnancy!

You guys not in the UK are so lucky you get early scans. In the UK we don't have scans until 12 weeks unless there is spotting or high risk. Although you could pay privately. If I have to wait over 12 weeks then I may pay privately.

I was stupid and thought the annoying waiting would end with my BFP. Waiting to O, Waiting to test now Waiting to be 6 weeks, then 8 then 12, SCAN, Waiting some more, Waiting for due date, Waiting some more (probably)........ It's endless. This baby making malarkey teaches you a lot about patience!! I have none!!

Honestly, for all those out there wanting scans ASAP - speaking from having them done as early as I possibly could (partly because I could't wait and also to make sure everything is alright), it made it so stressful. I was unlucky in my first pregnancy and week after week I was told to come back and have a rescan. Each week I left in tears, as I was told I'd miscarry. I am SO much more at ease waiting until 5/17 when I'll be ~9 weeks for my first ultrasound (~11 weeks by LMP). I feel at peace just enjoying my pregnancy and looking forward to that date! Stay patient as Rach was saying, plus by the time you wait you will see SO MUCH more!!!

Thank you Claire! I am doing well! I am working alot so by the time I get home, I crash and miss out on the chats of the forum. I have today off, yay! So having a cup of joe coffee: decaf) and planning on hanging out on here today! Feeling good, still so bloated it is pretty bad! No nausea but still sore boobs (mostly my nips!) Getting up at least once a night to pee but all of these things are welcomoed as it is proof that my body is responding better to this pregnancy!!! Just about 3 weeks until my scan... Go time go!

Hi everyone, I'm Lizzie and have literally, about an hour ago, found out that I'm expecting. I'm 4 weeks and 4 days, and it's the first time I've ever been pregnant so I'm shocked, scared, anxious, excited, terrified etc etc etc

My estimated date at the moment is 29th December, trying to get a docs appointment to confirm pregnancy and dates.

i just found out im preg! clearblue digital says 2-3 weeks which is 4-5 weeks preg! i've calculated an estimate of my due date which is december the 31st!
i really hope this is a sticky!
im going to wait till 12 weeks to have a scan, unless im in any pain or have anything to worry about.
i just want these next two months to go fast and well!! xx

Hey Ladies! I am due on December 3rd This is my 3rd pregnancy, the last 2 sadly ended in miscarriages; so I am hoping for my rainbow baby. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days and one at 7 weeks 4 days (150 bpm!) I go in for a checkup with my midwife on Thursday. Goodluck ladies

hey jezzelin im sure you cant wait until your scan iv 4 weeks to go until my 12week scan so we will both be hoping these next few weeks fly! i know its hard working its so tireing but at least it makes the days go quicker, im so bloated too i was convinced i was showing lol but i think its just the bloatedness!

Am v early on yet n havent even gone to doc, last time didnt get scan til 16 wks so have a way to go yet! I did have an early mc last cycle so may ask doc for early scan but then to be honest dont know what good that will do either - dont think i will feel comfortable until at least 12 wks. i showed really early the last time so am kinda hoping that will happen again this time (my last baby was 10lbs8) so was quite big!

hey buster, wow 10lb 8 that was definately a bruiser! lol my husband was over 10lb and i was quite big so i have always thought i would have a big baby i know it doesnt work like that tho lol sorry to hear abt ur loss last cycle i completely understand how your feeling abt not relaxing until week 12 i think when you have had a mc it makes it harder to relax but as everyone says we should think of it as a new pregnancy. fingers crossed you do ahow early and that will gove you peace of mind, good luck with everything and keep me updated how you get on

Hey congrats! im due 4th dec sorry to hear of ur losses i hope this is your rainbow baby, good luck for your midwife appt have you many symptoms?iv been so tired and really really sick and get occasional crampy feelings and lower back ache have you had any lower back ache or general achiness?im such a worrier about every twinge! lol

I had my scan this morning and everything looked good...we saw the tiny little heartbeat (115 bpm) and the RE bumped my due date to 12/14/12. The best part is that we have graduated from Reproductive Medicine!!!

I'v had what feels like constant backache n a lot of cramping also - so much so that it kept me awake the other night but i also had that with my last pregnancy and he's 2 in a few weeks! The odd thing is when I was pg a few wks ago and lost I had no cramping at all until I mc'd - so could be a good sign (at least thats how I'm gonna look at it)
