Hey! I'm sure it's been asked a thousand times in the last 29 pages but what's the point of these anyways?? b/c I really hate them..they give me the heeby jeebies and i want to throw up.

Question. I've never been able to hold these for any length of time. I can do the quick ones but not the slow ones. I've been assuming this is just due to being relatively weak at the moment and it will become possible with practice. Is that true? Anyone else have trouble with the slow ones at first?
