It does get easier the more you do, shows it works I guess!! I still hate them but not as much as before!

ive also heard that when you pee, cut it off mid stream, a few times. bump

Ive been told thats really bad for you. (not pelvic floor exercises but stopping when you pee.) Not sure why though!!

yeah my mw told me you shoulnt hold your wee when you are pregs especially :-/
 
They make me feel like I have to pee sometimes even worse if trying to hold my bladder.Bump!
