bump! I'm glad this thread has appeared again, I have an unstable bladder and I'm a bit loose inside so the pelvic exercises will help.
 
glad it's not just me!!!! I do my kegels like 4 different times a day and I'm still peeing when i don;t mean to

Well, I sneezed today and peed myself a bit. Think we should bump this to 20 to honor that horrible moment :haha:
