I was doin buggy fit with maci about 4 months ago but she was gettin poorly out early every morning rushing around twas crazy, I did loose 10lb but it's gone bk on now, excuse I'd crimbo n comfort eating with my mum x

Its taking me a while to figure out how i tick to be honest. I've realised im an all or nothing kindda girl. So, i have banned chocolate and wine. I havent banned everything. I have a cake now and again but i make sure its once a week.
I have lost about 4pounds in 2 weeks, its dropping off slowly but shouldnt gain too quickly either.

You will get there huni, dont stress about it. I find the more i stress the more i tend to do worse x x x
