I've just woken up with a horrible headache, tummy isn't as crampy though thankfully. Just googling what painkillers can be taken in early pregnancy just in case I've been very lucky

I feel like a right idiot hun, I always do this to myself when I think ov has happened, any little symptom or sign and I just completely latch onto it I've been trying hard not to get my hopes up, but it isn't working ...
