Has anyone had any success with slow embies?

on day 2 today my 3 embies are:

2 fair x 2 cell embies
1 poor 5 cell embie

They should be between 2-4 so i'm concerned that they'll arrest or not make it. It's the same as last time and that ended in a bfn.

I don't think I will ever get pregnant at this rate. I am at a loss

Oh hun ... I really hope you have little fighter there and by tomorrow they're at the 8 cell stage and looking good. When is your ET planned for?

Wishing you all the best, hun. No, they do not have to be at the 8 cell stage. If you go for a 2nd Day transfer, your embies would most likely be between 2-cell to 4-cell as you have also mentioned.

In my 3rd ICSI, FS collected 30 eggs, fertilised 29. Only 4 made it to 3rd-Day at 2 x 4 cell, 1 x 5 cell and 1 x 6 cell. all 4 embies were poor or average quality.

Your 3 embies at 2-Days sound good. DOn't worry too much about that. Most importantly, you must stay positive and decrease stress. THat in itself does wonders.

Also, a day before ET, shower and wash but without any shampoo, soap, anything that has scent or chemicals in it. During 2WW, rest as much as possible, to give embies the best chance...then let nature do what it can

Got 2 embies transferred today and they made it to 8 cells! so pleased! still fair quality and bit of a turn around from 2 yest! Please please work!!
