Femara success?

Holy crying! For the last 2 days I have spent the afternoons crying off and on. No apparent reason, just watching a TV show or listening to a song and something clicks and it starts! I would blame the progesterone, but I haven't started that yet this cycle! Ugh! I guess my hormones are going crazy this month without supplementing! :)

Did AF show?
 
I'm so sorry! You would think with the technology today, they would be able to fix those tests so we don't get false positives! Don't the makers realize the emotional turmoil they put us through! :hugs: How are feeling about the Provera?

I started the darn weekend with a 101 fever! Felt fine all day yesterday and then last night, after showers, I started to feel sick. Thank goodness today I don't have a fever, just sore. We are leaving for vacation in 4 days, so I hope this is the end of it!
 
shame Sib, I hope you feeling better and that you dont get sick before your vacation. I am okay with Provera been on it before, just got my script so I will be starting it today!!

I'm so excited for you! Definitely keep me posted! I've never taken Provera. What's it like?

I was fine the rest of the weekend, just spiked the fever Friday night. Weird! Gave myself the Ovidrel shot yesterday morning...pretty sure I am ovulating right now, I have pain in my right ovary (the only one with a folli in it this cycle) and pain on the right side of my lower back! Thank goodness I twisted DH's arm to BD Saturday and last night. Guess he's got a little surprise again tonight :winkwink:
 
So today is my last day taken Femara this cycle!! Fingers crossed it's going to work this month. I informed my DH last night that he better be ready for some BDing :winkwink:

So DH made me so angry last night. I gave myself the Ovidrel shot on Sunday morning. Doc told us to BD Saturday night and Sunday night, which we did, but I wanted to again last night just to give a little extra. So what does DH do, he falls asleep while putting our son to bed! I will never understand how he can just "fall asleep" and claim it just happens. How do you not know you're falling asleep!!!! Anyway, this morning of course he doesn't say a darn thing about it, which really makes me angry! Sometimes it feels like I am the only one in the relationship that's "trying"! I know I shouldn't complain too much, we did BD when we were supposed to, but still, he knew I wanted to last night and totally blew me off!

TLB, are you giving your self the HCG shot or just ovulating naturally? Are you going in for an ultrasound to see how you responded?

I know how your feeling. Sometimes I feel that as women we just put so much time and effort into everything that it seems like were that only one's trying. :dohh: I hope you get you :bfp: this month.

I ovulate fine on my own. I'm trying Femara to get a few more extra eggs. We think we have MFI. So hopefully this will work.
 
Interesting...I ovulate fine on my own too, but my doc still has me do the injection. He says that he knows we ovulate 39 hours after the injection, so he is able to time everything exactly. I need the femara to help with making mature eggs. What's MFI? I have my fingers crossed for you!

Really. I should ask my DR. about injectables. This is my first cycle taking Femara.

MFI= Male Factor Infertility. I tried to get my DH to do a SA. Needless to say it didn't go well. I'm going to start nagging him again next month. :winkwink:
 
Good luck! I know my DH hated going for those! He said the rooms are like a truck stop bathroom and made him feel dirty! (He's such a girl :wacko:) I'm surprised that you aren't doing IUI's yet.

We live about 5 hours away from a FS. So we've just been seeing our Family Dr. So it makes it really hard because we just don't have the proper support here. and for the SA he has to do it at home. Then we have to drive to our local hospital and drop it off. I wish we could do a IUI but like I said we would have to drive to the City. This is the only time that I'm hating moving. We use to live 45min from the City. :dohh:
 
That's rough TLB! Well, when you guys are ready, you'll just have to plan a nice romantic weekend in the city :winkwink: I hope you get some answers from your doc and it doesn't take too long to see the specialist! Hopefully he can order tests that can be overseen by your family MD.
 
So here's a new one for me...just took a shower and found that my nipples are SO VERY sensitive! I'm only 2 days past the injection, which means I likely ovulated yesterday. I haven't has this before, usually my breast will be sore, with a little nipple soreness about a week after ovulation, but not this sore! Craziness! :)
 
Ibelieve have you had your scan this cycle? Are you going to do the HCG shot to make you ovulate? That's what my doc has me doing so he knows exactly when I'll ovulate.

How has everyones week been? I get home from vacation tomorrow so my week has been pretty stress free. Hope everyone is doing well!
 
Hey Sib, still waiting for AF!! Can you believe it, I am 3dp provera so it should be here in the next few days (hopefully) then I can start Femara...

Hows things going with you, isnt it almost time to test?
