Haha, I feel your pain! Every year I see all the articles written and comments from people who don't like fireworks because they disturb their pets and I'm always like, "What about the babies!! The humanity!!".

I hate Guy Fawkes Day since having kids, I've spent the last few nights soothing my 15 month old through the neighbours celebrations - he wakes up and screams at every bang.

Our 4 year old is now old enough to stay up and partake, so there is light at the end of the tunnel.

It is really annoying when people let them off weeks before. They can be so loud.
Holly has been scared of them for years and will only watch them out of the window from the house but this year she's said that she will go if she wears ear defenders.

Fireworks have not bothered my 11 month old at all. My nearly 4 year old was scared at first very loud bangs but sat watching them for awhile.

I agree they are annoying and ridiculously loud!
