Now the temperature has dropped I want to put LO into those fleece sleepsuits.
Where is best to get them?
How do you treat them in terms of temperatures? do you count the fleece as an additional layer as its warmer?

Im not too sure about the layering. I guess it would be a lot warmer!
Have a look on ebay hun if you don't mind getting things from there!

my lo has fleece sleepsuits for bedtime, i got them from matalan for about £5 each :)

he goes to bed in a vest, fleece sleepsuit and scratch mits, and a blanket tho he always kicks this off before he drifts off (tho atleast i can say i tried!!) he is always nice and toasty :) x

My mum bought me some fleecy sleepsuits from Dunnes but I returned them. I am afraid Anna will oveheat in it. She is in a 2.5 tog sleeping bag and our thermostat can keep her room at 20 all night.

If I was using blankets I would count that as a blanket.

So, Dunnes stores do them anyway!:flower:

we got ours from mothercare, but you can probably get them cheaper from elsewhere. When we use these instead of her sleeping bag, we put her in a baby grow, fleece sleepsuit and a light blanket, she normally kicks the blanket off but is nice and warm all night :D

thanks, LO currently sleeps in a 2.5tog sleeping bag plus 2 blankets as their room gets down to 14C.
If I used a fleesce suit instead do you think it would then be fine to remove a blanket?

yeah, id say treat fleece as an extra layer :) x

We got some last week and paid £14 in Mothercare and £4 in Primark....guess which ones went back!!

xxx

primark! we got a few from there they are only a couple of £ but the ones i have seen elsewhere are quite expensive!

Asda have them for £5. we layer up a vest, fleecy sleepsuit and then a summer weight sleeping bag. her room is warm but she was waking up with vest/normal sleepsuit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag  so we switched and she seems to be sleeping better

:)

Thanks all. I found some in peacocks for £5 each and some in next for £8 each. I don't have a primark very near to get to easily

Would reccomend primark, had a few bought for us and they are fab and only £3-4 i think! I put LO in a normal sleepsuit/pjs and the fleece over the top as he never stays under the covers and refuses to sleep in a growbag!

Yeah I got some from next. I'm just guna use it as a babygrow for when it's really cold so long sleeve vest underneath and same for sleeping but a blanket or sleeping bag.
I got the White one with pink hearts from next and it's so soft and lovely!

When its cold i use it the same as a normal sleepsuit. xx

Hi, my house is pretty cold, so we put LO in a vest, fleece sleep suit and a grow bag and depending on the temp a cellular blanket too. I judge off how hot/cold i am. And i usually go to bed in pjs quilt and blanket, and i share the bed with oh! X

I got Alfie's from ASDA for £5, he always kicks his covers off so I put him in that with a vest underneath because it gets quite cold in our house on a night.

Rosie's room would be a similar temperature. She sleeps in a vest, babtgro, 2.5 tog fleece sleeping bag with sleeves, two layers of knitted blanket, and a fleece blanket sometimes. If I put her in a fleecey babygro she'll have a non-sleeved bag and I'll leave off some blamkets.

My LO sleeps in a short sleeved vest, babygro, socks & fleecey sleepsuit! She has a blanket but it doesn't stay on top of her because she's a wriggler x

I got the fleecey sleepsuits from Asda x
