Laura, hope your energy comes back soon! I'm tired myself though I know why- I've been staying up too late mostly. Though today I ran a lot of errands and mowed the lawn and then unpacked food and put away in my pantry. I am not looking forward to parenting tomorrow lol. We need lazy days

Laura, so true! Never! Today was not a bad day but this evening I was supremely pissed at DH not helping out enough with co-parenting. Argh.

We can hve a nice day.
Oh comes home and lazys around
And I'm tired so I get mad.
In fairness though I was late home last night with Simon.
( pool and then pet farm)
Oh had made yummy dinner for us after coming in from work.
I was very grateful for it.
Mouse had thrown a wobbler when I tried to go to a restaurant on the way home
So I ended up leaving hungry.
Was very glad for eoins dinner

We got Simons asd diagnosis today.
So it sorts his place in preschool .
Hurray

That is good Laura! Are you excited for preschool? Did you suspect about ASD diagnosis?

Partners can super suck sometimes and other times they rock. My DH needs to cook for me soon!

I'm more nervous than excited to be honest.
I'm afraid he will hate it
Or love it too much and replace mom
But id much prefer the love it option .
They will do physio, hydro physio, slt and everything with him

Will Lorelei be going soon?

Yeah I was fairly sure he would get the asd diagnosis
He couldn't go to that preschool without it
It just means he gets better help.

I love when Oh cooks
He makes different stuff to me

DH normally cooks me Thai food. He is supposed to make me sticky rice soon. Yum!

Aw, school will never replace you! I'm glad that he will be getting the help that he needs there

No preschool for Lorelei- I'm waiting until it is time for kindergarten. I'm both excited for when she will be old enough for that but dread it too because what if I don't have another LO to keep me company at home? Sniffle.

If simes didn't need extra help, I prob wouldn't send him till next year.

Aww Laura, school will never replace Mom! Glad he will be getting all of the support he needs! Exciting and sad at the same time! I had always planned to send Pierce to preschool, he actually asks to go! He wants to be around the other kids...originally I was only going to do the two day program, but in light of the new baby, I've opted for the 3 day...it's only 3hrs, they can hopefully tire him out for me!

Aw, thanks Angel! We will take more on our hikes this weekend- just got a new sun hat in and am expecting one for Lorelei. Hopefully I can get her to wear it. The sun is brutal in the mountains!
How are you feeling?

Laura, it will be nice for him to be around other kids too Lorelei loves seeing other kids but DH and I are just not ready for her to be big enough for school. Eek!

But I'm pretty sure simes is , plus he will get lots out of it.
I never went to preschool though and I think I'm fine

Sime isn't very interested in other kids
So he def needs the interaction to get used to them

Simon sounds a lot like me! I never liked other kids either- I preferred the company of adults Lorelei loves other kids and gets so bored of me and DH. Her favorite thing ever is gym daycare. Which we are usually too tired to take her to often. Poor kid.

How was your weekend Laura? It is nice to get away

Not much to report here at all! I'm finding my groove at home again. Finally unpacked all the important dishes so I am back to cooking again.

Weekend was nice but second half rainy
Just back from south doc ( night Dr here)
Poor mouse has croup again
Tried to put him on nebuliser but he went mental
So couldn't.
He is happy out watching cartoons now at 4.30 am
Barking like a seal

Got antibiotics too
Finally on the mend
Still up coughing in middle of night

Glad there is some improvement but always stinks to have to go back to the doc!

Not much to report here. I'm blissfully boring lol. We went to the mall. Hike planned for tomorrow and groceries. And the laundromat. Growl
