What are you guys using to store frozen food? My freezer space is really limited so i need to find a way that takes up as little room as possible :)

Ideally id like something like an ice cube tray with lids, ive seen those little pots but they have really mixed reviews :(

I freeze Jay's in ice cube trays and have bought a few oblong storage containers which I put the cubes in when they're frozen, as like you we've not got a lot of freezer space :D

xx

Something like this? https://www.vertbaudet.co.uk/baby-n...entId=V629&CompanyId=V&Path=2816/2836&source=

I have some of the little tiny pots with lids and also have a load of big ice cube trays, freeze your puree etc in ice cube tray overnight and then pop them out into a labelled freezer bag:happydance::happydance:

i've got icecube trays, i keep meaning to get some freezer bags to transfer them too once they're frozen!! i just stick a bit of cling film over and a sticky label on so i know what it is and when it was cooked!

i use ice cube trays... annabel karmel ones :)

and little pots too :)

I have some plastic containers with lids that are for baby food... I also recycled the jars and lids from other babyfood i've bought and just use those.

I freeze them in icecube trays then transfer to freezer bags xx

Hiya
I freeze the batch in ice cube trays, then put them into labelled sandwich/freezer bags.

I got tiny little storage things frm John Lewis. Theyre like tupperware but really small. Theyre perfect portion size for Amelie at the moment.

You could just put the whole ice cube tray in a freezer bag. I have loads of different pots and freezer bags and trays my freezer is rammed with ellies food lol.

I use the annabell karmel trays, never thought about transfering them when frozen though. What a brilliant idea, thanks

mmmm i'm going to transfer to a bag now too lol better than trying to pop one out at a time all over the kitchen work top lol..

how long can you freeze puree's?

rhys only has two cubes a day to start with?

As long as they're in a proper freezer and not an ice box type freezer they can be stored for up to 6 months no worries:happydance::happydance::happydance:

Here's a good link babe
