Help me with my storch wrap

Hellooo
I bought a storch woven wrap from lulu0504 and dosy me can't do it I had a moby wrap and didn't realise how different it is from a stretchy to a woven. I can't get it tight enough and it's giving me reallllly bad shoulder ache. I can't get him on my back at all and I need to for me to be able to do housework.
Any good links for showing me how to do carries with it?

Hey hun,
Type 'simple forward cross carry' into youtube and there are some good vids there. Its pretty much the same on your back. It really needs to be as tight as a bandage to support his weight.
