Help with a middle name needed please!

    DH and I found out last week that I'm pregnant with a little princess :cloud9:

    We've decided that we're going to name her after his grandmother - Luisa (pronounced "loo-ee-sa") My DD from my 1st marriage was named after my grandmother whom I adored and I love that we're able to carry this on for this baby too!

    ANYway -- I'm struggling with a middle name.

    Both hubs and I are of south american decent. Our last names sounds hispanic and ends in an "a". I'd like the middle name to go with the flow of the 1st and last names...

    we really liked the name Isabella (that would've been her 1st name) but that would make her intials LIP --- can't do that!

    Any suggestions?

    I'm thinking that Luisa and your surname both ending in -a might be best complemented by a non -a ending middle name! Luisa is really pretty by the way! How about:

    Luisa Caroline
    Luisa Pearl
    Luisa Violet
    Luisa Katherine
    Luisa Amelie

    my middle name is Caroline! :) I kinda like it...

    you're right -- everything ending in --a will be weird.

    I like Luisa Mae or Rae. I've always been a fan of the one syllable middle names for some reason :)

    I always suggest rose! seems to match almost every name... except Rose Rose :rofl:

    I do love Rose :) and my best friend just had a baby and name her Shylee (which I don't like) Rose.
