help with timing and order of day :-/

as you may know from previous threads were having ceremony in registar office then party in local club and we will be buying our buffet ready made from the wholesalers soooo my question is how much time do you think its acceptable to leave between ceremony and reception for us to set out the buffet etc :-/ we will have to go home after wedding pick all the food up then take to back to town set it all out and dress the tables i did want to do it all beforewe got married but there is no way we could do it all without seeing each other lol also i need time in the morining to have hair and make up done

which is also a god question how much time should i leave to have hair and makeup done in the morning :-/

and also how far before the wedding do you think i should get waxed and spray tanned :-/
