We use saline and a nasal aspirator to decongest when Ryan's bunged up.

ah i know how you feel charlie is 5 months and some nights hes up every half an hour but thats usually due to bad wind he has all the time my good nights which arnt acually good he goes to sleep at 10.30 wakes at 8.30 with 2 feeds in between and maybe waking another 2 or 3 times its so tiring xxx
