Oh wow those pictures are gorgeous. I suppose it helps to have gorgeous subjects as well. I would love to have photos like those taken of me. I really need to find an unsqueamish friend who I consider close enough to snap photos of my foof.

I'm doing some for one of my clients but I cant imagine they will be anything like those!! They are amazing but I guess the photographer wasnt doula-ing at the same time!

First pic, hubby almost missed him! I wanted pics if him bein born but even the midwife couldn't see due to my bizarre positioning (kneeling with 1 leg, the other up the wall with a pillow stuck between the legs lol) she just about managed to get me to lie on my side for the birtb!

Well it was the only way that eased my horrendous cramp lmao!! Midwife n student midwife had a good giggle at my "interesting choice if birth position" if only soap births did something interesting eh?!

hope i'll get some pics, although i'm not having a home birth, but the bedroom in the birth center looks just like it except for the bathtub in one side of the room . i even have a kitchen to walk to and if it goes as planned, it's gonna be a natural birth, so i'm hoping i'll still be allowed to post in here!

6 minutes after birth. Gave birth to him in our living room, and I'm sitting on the birth stool waiting for placenta, but the birth stool is super uncomfy as half my butt is off of it.

Here's me BF'ing a few days later. I had one that had me BF'ing 20 minutes later in my bed. But since I'm naked (you can't see anything but can tell I have no clothes on) photobucket deleted it

This is litrally the second she was born, if you look closely you can see the amniotic sac sliding off her just under the water!

And our first and so far only picture of the 3 of us!! lol. Taken at about 1/2 an hour old while my poor sister drew the short straw and got the job of emptying the birth pool! lol
