how do you all make the baby bump collage with weeks?

I just wanted to know how you all make the baby bump collages, where you have all your baby bump pictures in one picture and add the weeks under it?

I wish I would know how to make it, so I could do it too

I did mine on a software called photoscape

I would upload the pics and then put the writing on them.

You can do it on paint aswel
