I have 1 litre of sparkling (flavoured) spring water every day, then I drink maybe a coffee if we're at a friends or juice at home. Sometimes have a lucozade as a pick me up too.
In like Jekyll and Hyde with water. At home I drink it quite well but as soon as I'm busy or out I forget and end end desperate for a drink and chugging 3 glasses down one after the other and peeing it all out.
