This is more of a question out of curiosity. I notice you take soy the same a clomid so CD 1-5, 3-7 etc but how do you decide what days to take it on? Seems like everyone knows but me haha
Honestly I think that most people just pick a set of days and go with it! If I do end up trying soy, I'll probably do the same days that the doctor put me on clomid (4-8).
The most common clomid days are 3-7 (supposed to give you more eggs) and 5-9 (supposed to give you better quality eggs). I have heard though (don't know if it's true!) that soy doesn't have the same risk of multiples as clomid, so I don't know if taking it earlier would give you more eggs or not. I would say pick a set of days and if it doesn't work, try another set or dose the following month. Of course though do plenty of research so you are comfortable with the decisions that you make.
